I Scream, You Scream, We all Scream for ICE CREAM | Mississippi Child Photographer
June 8, 2010Posted in ChildrenThis is what you get when you put teenagers, hair paint, and makeup together! I was invited to speak about photography to a group of awesomely talented girls at a talent retreat this weekend. I had planned to make a speech about photography, get some interaction from the girls, and then take a few normal photos of the group and the girls individually. It didn’t quiet turn out that way, but God had bigger plans. Before I could stop myself the words, “Oh, I have some hair paint in the car we could use and do some wild and crazy pics,” just rolled out of my mouth!!! I’m always sticking my foot in my mouth. It looks like I would have learned by age 38, but nope, haven’t caught on yet. However, I’m pleased with the results and had even more fun with the process of preparation to get the photos than actually taking them. I love this age group because they are willing to do just about anything and that is just my style, “Off the Chain!” Thank you, Betty, for the opportunity! Betty was my sister’s friend in high school and we were acquainted through their connection and just going to the same school. I’m so glad to know Betty and to see how God has touched her life in the past few years. She is an A M A Z I N G lady and I feel honored and blessed to be called her friend instead of just an acquaintance! Betty, Robin, and young ladies, I hope you enjoy the pics! I will get Mrs. Betty a CD so y’all can print or have what you all want. Be blessed for a lifetime and always remember to keep Jesus #1. He’ll take you on the ride of your life

Knight Family | Morton, Mississippi Family & Child Photographer
May 9, 2010Posted in Children, FamiliesAmber and I met in college while taking a History class. She contacted me to do some family portraits and up-close shots of Cayden for pageants. They were such a fun family and Amber kept everyone straight through the whole shoot – very organized lady, indeed. Thanks for the opportunity, Amber and I hope to see y’all through the years. Enjoy!:)
I like a man with a plan! Chris had his senior shoot all planned out from antique furniture of his Grandmothers, to his Grandfather’s old 1934 Buick Roadmaster, and settings in his house that he and his family are restoring from 1845. You just can’t get better than this. He is so very photogenice and we got some great shots! Hope you enjoy them for a lifetime, Chris & Vicky. Thanks for the pleasure!:)
